My brother told me about small business xo when I was first starting this company… I didn't really listen too much because he doesn't usually know what he's talking about. In this case, though, I should have listened to Mark from the get go because now here I am trying to fix this horrible business website I have made from the beginning when I should've just gone with an all-encompassing communications provider in the first place. To be fair though, I had no idea I would need things like VoIP phone and also a business website that the transactions. I didn't realize so much of my sales was going to come from the web and now I'm just playing catch-up. I'm sure one of these days I'll figure this all out but for now Mark is really loving gloating about how he knew best. I love my family, don't get me wrong, but my brother and I are always sort of competing with each other so he loves rubbing my nose in it!
